The polishing machine easily removes the oily-dust layer, unlike conventional washing methods that saturate the seeds with moisture, which increases processing time, energy consumption, and reduces shelf life.

After processing, you get clean, polished seeds that do not leave residue on hands or packaging. The cleaned seeds significantly reduce carbon buildup in roasting ovens and also offer better flavor characteristics and a longer shelf life. The risk of rancidity during storage is reduced several times over. This equipment can be used as a standalone unit or as part of a production line.

The drum rotation speed is selected so that the seeds «roll» inside the drum rather than spinning with it. The recommended rotation speed is 42 RPM.
